Zachary McNeal, President / CEO
Mr. McNeal is the founder and owner of the CofTea Shop and brand at Denver International Airport. He's successfully operated the food service for almost ten years and has been featured on the cover of Airport News' national magazine. Through his leadership, Optimal Concessions has created a process for '360* Partnership', where 'All Give Back'.
Zach has been a Colorado resident for approximately 40 years. He has an undergraduate degree from CU in Electrical Engineering and a MBA from Regis University. Mr. McNeal has had a very successful career with large and innovative technology companies including IBM, Silicon Graphics, working across many industries in various management capacities. He has excellent skills in business development, operations, sales and sales management.
Brandy Williams
Lean Six-Sigma Process Improvement: Operations
Brandy Williams has a BA in Economics from Spelman College and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech. She is also a Six-sigma Black Belt in process improvement. Her focus is optimizing processes that lead to maximum customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement. In addition to overseeing operations, Brandy is fluent in Spanish.
Leabré McNeal
Optimizing the Supply Chain
Leabré McNeal is a native of Colorado and a graduate of Clark Atlanta University in Supply Chain and Logistics Management. His role is in analyzing/maximizing the product supply chain so that we may deliver products of most value to our customers as well as optimizing product rotation and pricing. Leabre also has an MBA in Leadership from Adams State University.

Williams, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB has over 15 years of diverse architectural project experience including healthcare, institutional, commercial, tenant build-out, recreational, residential, as well as community redevelopment design. Dr. Rodriguez is a board certified Internal Medicine physician. She has practiced medicine for approximately 20 years. She has received numerous awards through private practice, non-profit community health, as well as military primary care. She has specialized in wellness/preventative care to a diverse population. Dr. Rodriguez serves as an advisor in choosing ‘Healthy Alternatives’ in Food & Beverage concepts. Dr. Rodriguez is fluent in Spanish.

MGT, Finance from Georgia Institute of Technology, Scheller College of Business. Professionally, he is an Enrolled Agent and is a CFA Level II Candidate. Michael has 17 years of financial services experience including personal and business financial planning, tax planning, Investment Management, and Accounting.

Carla began her career as a corporate attorney in Larger Law Services group for over four years before starting her own practice. Mrs. Hughes was recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal as one of St. Louis' Top 30 Under 30 and participated in the Diversity Fellowship Program with the Illinois State Bar Assoc. Mrs. Hughes received her B.A. in Accounting from Tennessee State University and her JD from St. Louis University.
